Effects of microbial agent on the yield,quality and economic efficiencyof Chinese cabbage

AbstractToclarify the impact of microbial agent applicationon theyield,quality,andeconomic benefitsof Chinesecabbage,the Chinese cabbage variety Huangyangbai was used as the test material.Acombination of Bacillus subtilisand Bacilluscoagulans wasused asmicrobial agents,and 5 treatments were established:conventional fertilization(CK),conventional fertilization + microbial agent (T1),conventional fertilization with a 10% reduction + (2 microbial agent (T2),conventional fertilization with a 20% reduction + microbial agent (T3),and conventional fertilization with a 30% reduction + microbial agent (T4). Among them,microbial agents and 40% nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizers were applied as base fertilizers at once,and 60% nitrogen fertilizer was applied in 2 subsequent applications.Thecharacteristicsof changes inyieldand qualityof various treatmentsofChinesecabbage were analyzed,and the economic benefits were calculated based on the experimental input inthe current year.The results showed thattheyieldandqualityofChinesecabbage treatedwith microbialagents were significantlyimproved. Among them,the yield,vitamin Ccontent,soluble protein content,cellulosecontent,soluble sugarcontent,and net income under T3 treatment were the highest,at 2.42×105kg/hm2 517.69μg/g , 9.25mg/g 101.38mg/g 99.52mg/g ,and 112 577.0O yuan/hm2,respectively.This study provides areferencefor the promotionandapplicationof microbialgents in Chinese cabbage production.
