Abstract： Analyzing theproblems and countermeasures faced by medical scienceand technology journals in sending manuscripts forexteralreviewbyexpertscanprovideabasis forimproving theacademicqualityofthejournals.Throughliteraturereviewand yearsofworking experience，thisstudyfoundthattheproblemsfacedbymedical scienceandtechnologyjoumalsinsending manuscripts forexteralreviewbyexperts includelimitedexpertresources，unevenreviewqualityandlongreviewcyles.Thereasonsfortheseproblemsincludeisues withtheexpertselectionmechanism，inconsistentreviewstandards，andporcommunication mechanisms.Thecountermeasures tosolveteseproblemsicludeoptimizingthealocationofexpertresources，improvingthereview standardsystem，establishinganincentivemechanism，strengtheningcommunicationandcolaborationandintroducinginfoation technology.Throughtheimplementationofthesecountermeasures，medicalscienceandtechnologyjournalscanefectivelyiprove thequalityandeficiencyofextealreviewbyexperts，provideahigher-qualityacademicexchangeplatforformedicalrsearchers， and thereby promote the development of medical science and the progress of clinical practice.
