Abstract:AsasignificantcarierofLingnanculture,Cantonesenurseryrhymes encapsulaterichhistoricalmemoriesandcultural conotations,exhibiting multidimensionalculturalvalueandeducationalsignifcance.Throughaclosereadingandculturalinterpreta tionofCantonesenurseryrhymesinTheAnthologyofChineseBallds:Guangdong Volume,thispapersystematicallycategorizessevenculturaltypesembeddedwithinthem:patrioticculture,agriculturalproductionculture,cologicalthicsculture,commercialonomyculture,dietaryfolkculture,seasonalfestivalculture,andritualandmoraleducationculture.Ithighlightstheuniqueroleof Cantonesenurseryrhymes inearlychildhodculturaleducation.Thesehymesnotonlyasistchildren inconstructingauthenticculturalcognitionbutalsonurturetheirsenseof"goodness”and"beauty"throughmoraleducationandaestheticenlightenment,ultimatelyachievingthdualojectivesoffosteringcorectvaluesandshapingpersonalityThisstudyaimstoprovidenewteoretical perspectivesforrelatedresearchfelds,contributing totheflourishingofnurseryrhymesandtheholisticdevelopmentofyoungchildren.
