Abstract:Undertheimpactofglobalizationanddigitalization,nationalculturesfacethedilemmaoffaultyinheritancesubjects andendangeedsil,hileteodeapprenishisstmofvocatioaleducatioastepracticeiasofisuffientiation ofculturalgenes.Tisstudytakeste"three-teachrsyergy"(schoolteachers,enterpriseinstructors,andcultureinheritors)asthe structureoftheeducationsystem,andputsforwardtheinnovativepathof"culturaldecoding-livingheritage-industrial trasfoation".Theioatiepathf"curedcoding-ligiagnusttrasfoatio"isroposd,ndthldepasiocti of the"one-stop"studentcommunityincolaborativeeducationisdmonsrated.Byconstructingath-layerlogicodelof"goal mechanism-practice",werealizetheparadigmtransformationofnationalculturefromstaticprotectiontodynamicinheritanceandpro motetheorganiccouplingoftraditionalskilsandmarketdemand.Empiricalevidenceshowsthatthemechanismof"tree-teacher synergy"cansigantlympovedentsiovatiabilitycatioalompetitivessdluralidetityoughstgrationandrolecomplementarity.Thisstudyprovidesatheoretical framework and practical paradigm for the synergistic development of vocational education and national culture,an importantreferencevalue for the cultivation ofcomplex talentsin ethnic areas.

全球化与数字化浪潮对民族文化传承形成双重冲击,非遗技艺因传承人老龄化与青年群体参与不足而濒临断代;职业教育现代学徒制虽在产教融合政策推动下广泛实施,但仍存在“重技能轻文化"与“重标准轻特色"的实践偏差,难以满足民族地区对“技艺传承 ⋅+ 产业创新”复合型人才的需求。(剩余6129字)
