Abstract:Theculturalandcreativeidustries representa profoundintegrationofcultureandtechnology,embodying bothationalsoftpowerandhardpower.Thispapefirstdiferentiatesculturalandcreativeindustriesfromculturalindustrisandcreativeindustries.Subsequently,itanalyzesthedevelopmentalmodelsandchalengesofJapan'sontent industry.TroughSWOTanalysis,the studysystematicallyevauatesChinasulturalandcreativeidustris,iglightingtheirdvantagesinculturalresouesitific inovation,andaketcale,hileientifingdiiencisiniovationapacityegioaldevelopntdisparitisndaktellectual propertyprotection.Itfurterexploresemeringopprunitisandextealtreatsconfrontingthesector.Drawinglessosfrom Japan'scontentindustryevolutionandconsideringChinascurrentdevelopmetalcontext,thispaperproposesstrategiesforcultural andcreativeindustriestopresentcompelingChinesestories:refiningthepolicyframework,cultivatingfavorablemarketeosystem, nurturinginterdisciplinarytalents,iprovinglegalframeworks,reinforcingculturalconfidence,acceleratingculturalinovatinnd digitaltransforatiofsteingabustidustrialosste,ndaligingithinteatioalsadads.hsecommedtiost propel industrial upgrading and contribute to building China intoa countrywith a thriving strong socialist culture.
