Abstract： Withteintensificationofpopulationaging，theisseofelderlywelfareisincreasinglyreceivingsocialatention.The rapiddevelopmentofsmartelderlycaretechnologyhasprovidednewsolutionsforthefieldofelderlywelfare，andtheimportanceof culturalfactorsinelderlywelfareservieshasbecomeinceasinglyprominent.Thissudyexploresthepracticalpathofctivatingso cial workers inthefieldofelderlywelfarefromtheperspectivesofsmartelderlycareandculture.Throughin-depthanalysisofthe demandforsartderlyaresies，itisproposdtointegateodetchologcaltinkingndulturaliteracyintoetacing system，nhancethdaptabilityofubjectteachingfocusonculivatigsocialworktalentswithothtechologicalandulualite acy，andconstructinterdiscipliarycolaborationmechanisms.Tesdyemphasizesthecoreroleofcultureinelderlywelfareservices，ndtroughlturalssiivityucationndossuluralsieapacityuliaacs terofesalce of social workers in the context of smart elderlycare，providing more humane solutions for addresing population aging.
