Abstract:This studyaims to exploretherelationshipbetweencollge students’senseofcommunityfortheChinese nationand culturaldentityusingMultinationalYouthCulturalIdentityQuestionnireandChineseNationalCommunityAuarenessSaleto conductasurveythroughonlinequestionnaires.Atotalof743validquestionnaireswerecollcted,withanefectiverateof 85.4% Among them,there were336ethnicminoritycollegestudentsand407Hancolegestudents.Theresultsshowasfollws.There aresignificantdiffrencsinculuralidentitymongcollgesudentsbygde.(2)erearesigniicantdifrncesinesnsfo munityfortheChinesenationamongcollegestudentsbygrade.(3)Therearesignificantdifrencesinthesenseofcommunityforthe Chinese nation amongcollge studentsbasedontheir placeofresidence,with students living inmixedethnic groupsshowing significantlyhigherlevelsofawarenessthanthoseliving inpurelyHanorpurelyethnic minoritygroups.(4)Thereisasignificantpositive correlation between college students'cultural identityand sense ofcommunity forthe Chinese nation.(5)College students'cultural identity has a positive predictive effect on their sense of community for the Chinese nation.
