Abstract：Fanculture，asaformof material culture，representsbothaunique physicalartifactandarich spiritualculturalexpresion.Themergenceanddevelopmentoffansarecloselyntertwinedwithsocialprogress，politicaldynamicseconomiconditions，andculturallements，maintaininganintimateconnectionwithhumanlife.Troughmethodologiesincludingliteratureaalyis andcomparativeresearch，thispaperconductsaripartiteomparativestdyencompasingtheriginanddevelopment，categoration andcraftsmanshipaswellashistorcalsignificanceandsocialfunctionsofCineseandBurmesefans.Theresearchistoexple culturalsimilaritiesanddiferencesinfanculturebetwnthetwonationswhileseekingentrypointsforculuralexchange.Findings revealsubstatialdivergenesinfncurebetwnCinandMyanarhicheatesignificantpotentialforinterulturalaloge. Leveragingsuchculturalexchangesthrough fanculturecouldfaclitatebilateralculturalcommunicationfromfreshperspectives， thereby diversifying cultural interactions between the two countries.
