Abstract:Thisarticlefocusesondiscusingscientificmanagementschemesforself-studyroominuiversitylibraries,imingto enhancecolege studentsautonomous learingexperience.TakingthelibraryofZUniversitysacasestudy,theresearch ntroduces themanagementtheoryof"BrokenWindowTheory"asaguidingprinciple.Thistheoryemphasizesproactiveguidanceandinterventionatthintialstageofadverseeventstopreventthedeteriorationofssues.heresearchcontentencompasssteestablishentof self-studyoommanagementteamsentiontoaders‘personalizedneds,ndtheforulationandeforcementofrulesadegulations.Itaimstoaddressuncivilizdphenomenainstudyoomssuchasdisgusedseatreservation,grafiondsks,anduauthzed useofextensioncords.Adoptingaesearchmethodologytatcombinescaseanalysisiththeoryandthoughactualosevatis,the studyverifiestheefectivenesofthe"BrokenWindowTheory"instudyroommanagement.Theresultsindicatethattheimplemented management measuressignificantlyimprovedthelearningenvironmentof thestudyrooms,creatingacomfortableandharmonious studyspaceforreaders.Theresearchshowsthat introducing the"BrokenWindowTheory"hasimportantguidingsignificanceforthe scientificmanagementofstudyroomsinuniversitylibrariesandisworthbeingborowedandpromotedbyotheruniversities.
