Abstract：Thisarticlefocusesondiscusingscientificmanagementschemesforself-studyroominuiversitylibraries，imingto enhancecolege studentsautonomous learingexperience.TakingthelibraryofZUniversitysacasestudy，theresearch ntroduces themanagementtheoryof"BrokenWindowTheory"asaguidingprinciple.Thistheoryemphasizesproactiveguidanceandinterventionatthintialstageofadverseeventstopreventthedeteriorationofssues.heresearchcontentencompasssteestablishentof self-studyoommanagementteamsentiontoaders‘personalizedneds，ndtheforulationandeforcementofrulesadegulations.Itaimstoaddressuncivilizdphenomenainstudyoomssuchasdisgusedseatreservation，grafiondsks，anduauthzed useofextensioncords.Adoptingaesearchmethodologytatcombinescaseanalysisiththeoryandthoughactualosevatis，the studyverifiestheefectivenesofthe"BrokenWindowTheory"instudyroommanagement.Theresultsindicatethattheimplemented management measuressignificantlyimprovedthelearningenvironmentof thestudyrooms，creatingacomfortableandharmonious studyspaceforreaders.Theresearchshowsthat introducing the"BrokenWindowTheory"hasimportantguidingsignificanceforthe scientificmanagementofstudyroomsinuniversitylibrariesandisworthbeingborowedandpromotedbyotheruniversities.
