Abstract：Inthecontextofincreasinglysevereglobalizationandecologicalenvironmentissues，itisofgreatpracticalsignificancetodeeplyunderstandtherelationshipbetweenbiodiversityandhumanculture，inorder topromotehamoniouscoexistencebetwenhumansandnatureandachievesustainabledevelopment.Thisarticlestartsfromteperspectiveof tebiosphere，hichistoleranttohediversityofhumansurvival.Itexplores teaturalologicalfoundationfodbyhumancuuraldversitylyte materialbasisprovidedbythecosystemfortheformationofhumanculture，thechoicesofproductionandlifestyle，andtheinfluence of spiritualculture.roughexamples，itanalyzesseveraltypicalculuresfoedonthebasisoftecosstem，suchastopicalainforestecologicalculture，gasandologicalculure，andaieoloicalclture.Atthsatie，idscuesteosiivend negativereactionsofhumanculturetotedevelopmentandprotectioofthebiosphere，inordertoglimpsethebrillanceandsplendor of human cultural development and the relationship between human culture and the ecosystem.
