跨文化视角下中医药术语英译标准化探究

A Study on the Standardization of English Translation of TCM Terminologies from a Cross-Culture Perspective

Abstract：AsatreasureofChinesecivilization，thenational culturalconceptandcurativeeffectoftraditional Chinesemedicine （TCM）are moreandmorerecogizedbypeopleallovertheworld.PromotingTCMtothe worldistherequirementofbuildingacommunityofhealthandwellbeingamongmankind，anditisasoabrightcalingcardtopromoteChineseculture.TCMterminologies containTCMdagnosis，treament，mdicineandotheraspects.HowtofectivelytranslateTCtrmologiesintoEnglishisthekey topromoteTCMtotheworld.Inviewofthis，thispaperdiscussesthcurrentsituationandchallngesofEnglishtranslationofTCM terminologiesandtheecesityandstrategyofstandardizationfromacross-cultureperspective.Byanalyzingthetranslationprinciples，translationstandards，translationmethodsandtechnicalapplications，thispaperputsforwardasetofsystematicstandardization pathsfortheEnglishtranslationofTCMterminologies，withaviewtoprovidingreferencefortheresearchonthestandardizatinof TCMterminologiesinChina.Thestudyshowsthatcleartranslationprinciples，standardizedtranslationstandards，optimizedtranslationmethodsandefectivetechnicalsupportwillhelpimprovethequalityofTCMterminologiestraslationandcontributetoeglobal spread of TCM culture.
