Abstract：Asakeypath toenhancethecompetitivenessofcities，humanisticeonomyisgraduallygaining moreandmoreattntion.ForHuaian，acitywithdeepculturalheritage，canaltransportculture，asanimportantpartof theancientChineseconomic system，carresrichhistoricalvaluesandculturalconotations，andhashdafar-reachingipactontheevolutionoftheancient economyandsocialstructure.Thispaperdelvesintotheinteractiverelationshipbetweenhumanisticeconomyanddigitalpreserva tionofintangibleulturalheritage（ICH），focusingonthdigitalineritancepracticeofHuain’snaltransportculture.refore combiningthedigitalpreservationofanalransportcultureandintangibleculturalhritagecanotonlyinheritthishistorutalso injectastrong humanisticeconomicpowerintothehigh-qualitydevelopmentof Huaian.Fromtheperspectiveof humanisticeconomics，thearticleelucidates thenewimpetusprovidedbythedigitalpreservationofcanaltransportcultureforthehighqualitydevelopmentofHuaianndemphasizestheulti-dimensionalworkoftheumanities，theeonomyandthepropagandaofideology andcultureineprocssofthissynergisticfect，hichpromotesthecotiuousiovatioandevelopmntofHuaianuderte dual-wheel drive of culture and economy in the new era.
