Abstract：TVMedia isacomprehensive medium ofcommunicationwhich integrates vision and hearing.With the changeof main socialcontradictions，thestandardsandrequrementsofTVprogramproductionareconstantlychanging.Thisarticleusesthe"DM" patern （OrientalSemiotics）toanalyze theprogramLeters Live，andthinks thattheprogramcanformaculturalfieldtoguideheaudiencetobuildacommonculturalmemory.Therefore，thispaperfurtherstudiesanddemonstrates theintrospectioncohesioofculturalmeaninginTVprogramandthemechanismofself-generatingvalue.TheculturalsignificanceoftheTVprogramisconstantly seekingthereturnofthe"humanisticspirit"，whiletheaudienceoftheTVprogamisbecomingstrongerandstrongerforte"spitualresonance".Thiskindof two-wayintrospectivedynamicconsitutesthevalueselfgeneratingmechanismunderthefunctionofculturalfieldThharactesticofsidofOrntalsbolisoedinthtaditioalcuueadideologicalwoldofse nation.ItisanimportantforcefortheChinesepeopletobuilduptheirculturalconfidenceandrealizethegreatrejuvenationof the nation.
