Abstract:Thecraftsmanshipspirit inherentintheGrand Canalcultureisavaluableresourceforculturaleducation inapplied universities.Theefetivenessofitscultivationdetermineswhethertheculturaleducationworkcanproceedsmoothly.ispaperfo cusesontheendogenousandexogenousfactorsinfluencingthcultivationefectoftisspirit.Aquestionnairesurveyascaidout among4704studentsfromfouruniverstiesinCangzhouCityHebeiProvince.Descriptivestatisticalanalysiswasconductedonthe performance ofeach dimensionoftheinfluencing factors using SPSS26.Osoftware,andastructural equation modelwasconstructed using AMOSsoftare toreflect herelationshipsamongthedimensionsoftheinfluencingfactors.Basedonthis,thepaperfurtherpro posesanoptimizedpathfortheGandCanalculturetoempowerthecultivationofthecraftsmanshipspiritinaplieduiversities,coeringfiveaspets:uiclumcultivationulturalulivationolieulivation,practicaltrainngcultivationndselfculiati. Theaimistoimprovetecultivationefctofteraftsmanshipspiritandprovidetheoreticalguidanceandpracticalreferenceforthe cultural education work in universities.
