Abstract：Againstthebackdropofthevigorousdevelopmentofnewqualityproductiveforces，agriculture-relatedhigher vocationalcollgesshouldertheresponsibilityofcultivatinghigh-qualitytalentsforagriculturalmodernization.Thispaperfocuses ontheintegrationofideologicalandpliticaleducationbycounselorsandtheagriculturalindustrychain，analyzesthenew requirementsofnewqualityproductiveforcesforagriculture-relatedtalents，andexploresinovativeintegrationmodelsfromboth theoreticalandpracticalperspectiesbyombiingpracticalcasesofultipleagicultureelatedhighervocatioalcolege.These modelsincludeonstructingacolaborativeeducationmechanism，developingcharacteristicideologicalandpoliticalcourses，and cayingoutpracticaleducationactivities.Theaimistoprovideapathreferenceforagriculturerelatedhighervocationalcollges tocultivatecompoundtalentsadaptingtoagiculturalindustralupgradingandpromotetheindepthintegrationandcordiated development of the agricultural industry chain and ideological and political education.
