Abstract：AgainstthebackgroundoftheBeltandRoadInitiative，thisstudyfocusesonagriculturalvocationaleducation cooperationbetweenGuangxiofChinaandLaos.Basedoncrossculturalcommunicationtheoryandcommunitytheory，thispaper usesinterviewstoanalyzetheimpactofcultural diferencesoneducationalconcepts，curriculumsetingsandtechnology promotion，andrevealsthedualityofculturaldiferences.Thestudyproposesatrinityconstructionpathof"organizational coordination-currculumintegration-mechanismguarantee"，emphasizingthatthroughtransnationaljointmanagementcois， dual-trackcuriculumsystemsanddiversifiedpolicysupport，balancingtechnicaloutputandculturaladaptation，achieving resourcecomplementarityandbenefitsharing，andprovidingtheoreticalsupportandpracticalreferenceforthesustainable development of the China-ASEAN Agricultural Vocational Education Community.
