Abstract：Liaoninghasactivelypromotedthetransformationfromthedevelopmentoftraditionalagriculturetothe developmentofsmartagriculture，andhasachievedsixphaseddevelopmentachievements，first，ithaswontheeconomicand socialbenefitsofincreasingagriculturalyields；second，ithassavedtheeconomicandsocialbenefisofsavingagricultural productioncostsandinputs；third，itistoimprovetheecologicalandsocialbenefitsofgrenqualityofagriculturalproducts; fourth，theeconomicandsocialbenefitsofreducingthesalescostsofagriculturalproducts；fth，itisadvisedtocreatea foodquaityandsafetytraceabilitydatabasetoprovidetechnicalguaranteeforfoodqualityandsafetyinsmartagriculture; sixth，itissugestedtocreateasmartweatherforecastdatabasetoprovidesmartweatherforecastservicesforthedevelopment ofsmartagriculture.Inthefuture，Liaoningmustmakeefortstobuildatalentteamtodevelop，expandanddevelopsmart agriculture;promotetheseedindustryrevolutionandwinthescientificandtechnologicalbatleoftheseedindustry revolution;improvethegreenqualityofedibleagriculturalproductsandprovidehealthierandsaferfodforthepeople. StudyingLiaoning'sphasedachievementsindevelopingsmartagricultureandputingforwardpolicysuggestionsfordeveloping smartagricultureinthefuture，willhavecertainreferencesignificanceforpromotingthedevelopmentofsmartagriculture across the country.
