Abstract：Basedonthebackgroundofacceleratingthedevelopmentofnewagriculturalproductivity，agriculturalsecondary vocationalscholsmustfacethenewsituationandnewneedsofthedigitaldevelopmentoftheagriculturalindustry.Theymust focusontheconstructionoftalentchainsandusetalentcultivationtoempowernewagriculturalproductivity.TakingGuangxi YulinAgriculturalShoolasanexampleweproposethreecountermeasuesforcultivatingdigitalskiledtalentsinagulturerelatedajorsinsecondaryvocationalschols：anchor"smartagriculture"andaccuratelyformulatethetraininggoalsof "agriculture，ruralareasandruralpeopleleadingandthree-in-one"digitalskilledtalentsinagriculture-relatedmajorsin secondaryvocationalschols；conectwith"digitaltransformation"andcreateanewdigitalteachingecosystemthatcultivates digitalskilledtalentswith"precisedockingandfive-ringlinkage"；focuson"abilityoutput"，buildapathtoimprovethesocial servicecapabilitiesofdigitalskiledtalentswith"digitalempowermentandthree-dimensionaladvancement"，andcultivate compounddigitalskilledtalentswhohavebothprofessonalcomprehensiveskillsinagriculture-relatedfieldsandmaster information technology."Smart agriculture"and "agricultural andrural modernization" provide strong talent support.
