Abstract：Withtheadvancementoftheconstructionofnewagriculturalsciences，traditionalpapertextbokshavebecome increasinglydiffculttomeettheneedsofagriculuralandforestryeducationincollgesanduniversities.Asanewtypeof teachingresource，digitaltextbookshavetheadvantagesofrichmediathree-dimensionalinteraction，eal-timeupdate，and learningbehaviortracking.Bydiscussingtheconnotationandcharacteristicsofdigitaltextbooksandtheiraplicationstatusand challengesintheteachingofHorticulturalProductsStorageandProcesing，thispaperproposesintegratedapplicationstrategies suchasenrichingdigitalteachingresources，inordertoprovidenewideasandmetodsfortheteachingofHorticulturalProducts Storage and Processing，and bring valuable reference and inspiration to relevant educational practice.
