Abstract:Withtheadvancementoftheconstructionofnewagriculturalsciences,traditionalpapertextbokshavebecome increasinglydiffculttomeettheneedsofagriculuralandforestryeducationincollgesanduniversities.Asanewtypeof teachingresource,digitaltextbookshavetheadvantagesofrichmediathree-dimensionalinteraction,eal-timeupdate,and learningbehaviortracking.Bydiscussingtheconnotationandcharacteristicsofdigitaltextbooksandtheiraplicationstatusand challengesintheteachingofHorticulturalProductsStorageandProcesing,thispaperproposesintegratedapplicationstrategies suchasenrichingdigitalteachingresources,inordertoprovidenewideasandmetodsfortheteachingofHorticulturalProducts Storage and Processing,and bring valuable reference and inspiration to relevant educational practice.
