Abstract：Withthein-depthimplementationoftheruralrevitalizationstrategyandtheadvancementofnewagricultural scienceonstruction，thetrainingofagriculturalsciencetalentsisfacingthchalengeoftransfomingfromtraditionalagiculture tomoderagriculture.Asimportantguidesforstudentgrowth，collegecounselorsurgentlyneedtoplayaninnovativerolein ideologicalguidance，carerplanning，andintegrationofindustryandeducation.Byanalyzingthecorecompetenceneedsofnew agriculturaltalentsandcombiningwiththeexpansionofcounselorsworkfunctions，thispaperproposespracticalpathsfor counselorstoparticipateinthetrainingofagriculturaltalents，providingreferenceforsolvingtheemploymentcontradictionof agricultural talents.
