Abstract:Inresponse totheproblemsexisting inthetrainingofyounger teachersinmostuniversities,suchasemphasizing recruitmentovertraining,thedisconnectionbetweenresearchandpractice,andinsuficientinterdisciplinarycolaboration,this paperproposesaninnovative"Five-Mentor Team"modelbasedontheprinciplethat"the bestteacheristheone whois competent and versatile".This model integrates internal and external resources by establishing a" l+N+n′ 'team hierarchy,a three-levelcariersystemof"ase-projectcourse",andafour-behavioralcollaborationmechanismof"personnelcoopation projectcooperation-resultsharing-rewarddistribution",therebycomprehensivelyenhancingtheresearchinovationandproduction practicecapabilitiesofuniversityteachers.PracticalexplorationshowsthattheFive-MentorTeammodelcanefectivelypromote theintegrationofteoryandpracticeforyounguniversityteachersandcontributetothecultivationofhig-qualitytalentseeded forthe construction of an agricultural power and new agricultural science.
