新时代西藏阿里乡村治理现代化的成效、困境与路径选择

Abstract：Themodernizationofrural governanceisanimportant partof themodernizationof thenational governancesystem andgovernancecapabilties，andisrelatedtothecomprehensiverevitalizationofruralareasandtherealizationofagricultural andruralmodernization.AliinXizangisastrategiclocationfortheconstructionofnationalsecuritybariers.Themodernization ofruralgovernanceisofgreatsignificancetomaintainingsocialharmonyandstabilityinborderethnicareas.Atpresent，rural governanceinAli，Xizanghasachievedcertainresults，butthereisstillacertaingapcomparedwiththemodernization requirementsofruralgovemanceintheneweraandmustbeimproved.Thispaperproposesoptimizationandimprovementpaths fromstrengtheningPartybuildingguidance，enhancingawarenessofcrisis，consolidatingvilage-levelorganizations，strengthening digital and intelligence empowerment，and improving infrastructure.
