Abstract：Taking JiangsuProvinceasanexample，thisstudysummarizes thecurrntagriculturaldevelopment inJiangsu Provincewithsteadygrowthofagriculturalindustry，significantimprovementofcomprehensiveproductioncapacity，continuous optimizationofagriculturalindustrialstructure，significantdevelopmentofcharacteristicindustries，increasedinvestmentin agriculturalscienceandtechnology，high-qualitydevelopmentofsmartagricultureandsoon.Onthisbasis，throughin-depth researchandtypicalcaseanalysisonteurrentprofessonalsetigsofagriculturalvocationalcollgsinJiangsuProvince，the adaptationadvantagesandadaptationproblemsofagriculturalvocationalcoleges‘profesionalconstructionandagricultural industrydevelopmentareanalyzed.Inviewofthethremajorproblems：professonaladjustmentlagsbehindindustrialeform，the gapbetweentalnttangalityndidustralandndsueitegatiofgioaliustrialaactestid profesionalcharacteritics，itisproposedtodeepenthedyamicprofessionaladjustmentmechanismrestructurethecuiculum system，strengthenpracticalteaching，strengthenin-deptheducationthroughtheintegrationofindustryandeducation，andcreate regionalcharacteristicprofesional groups.Theresultsofthisresearcharenotonlyofgreatsignificanceforpromotingthereform ofprofessionalsetingandoptimizationinagriculturalvocationalcollegesinJiangsuProvince，butalsocanpromoteJiangsu's experienceandhaveimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificancetocultivatehigh-qualityagriculturaltechnicalandskiled talentswho can adapt to the development of new quality productive forcesnationwide.
