Abstract：China’sborderareashave broaddevelopment spaceand face the contradictionbetwen talentdemand and insuffcientsuply.Atthesametime，thetrainingmodelofborderagriculturaluniversiesisoutoftouchwithregioalneeds， andcannotmeettheneedsofhigh-qualityprofesionaltalentsandindustrialupgradingintheborderagricultureandanimal husbandryfieldsdemand.Thispaper，basedonthecurentsituationoftalentcultivationinagricultural-relatedmajorsofIner MongoliaMinzuUniversity，thedemandsofagriculturalandpastoralareas，andthegapbetweenuniversitytrainingandlocal demands，discussesandexploresthecultivationofinnovative，compound，andapliedagriculturalndpastoraltalentsthatae compatiblewiththedemandsoftheregion，withemploymentastheorientationandstrengtheningideologicalandpolitical education with feelings about rural areas.
