10 kV带电环境下线缆自适应剥皮器的设计与关键部件仿真

摘 要:带电环境下线缆剥皮是配网带电最主要的作业之一。设计一种适用于10 kV带电环境下线缆自适应剥皮装置,介绍该装置的结构与工作原理,对其关键部件进行有限元分析,验证其设计合理性并进行拓扑优化,提升强度,减轻质量。研究结果表明:所设计的自动剥皮器灵活、高效,极大地提高了线缆的剥皮可靠性及效率。

Design and Simulation of Cable Adaptive Strippers in 10 kV Live Environment

Abstract:Stripping cables in a live environment is one of the most important tasks in a live distribution network. Designes an adaptive peeling device suitable for offline 10 kV live environment. Its structure and working principle are introduced, the finite element analysis of its key components is carried out, the rationality of its design is verified, and topology optimization is conducted for strength reinforcement and mass reduction. The research results show that the designed qautomatic stripper designed is flexible and efficient, which greatly improves the stripping reliability and stripping efficiency of cables.
