重载车辆制动阀缓解阻力稳定性研究

Abstract:The release resistance of brake valves of heavy-haul trains is an important parameter affecting the longitudinal impulse of trains.The more consistent the release resistance of each brake valve tends to be,the beter.If therelease resistance of the brake valves of each vehicle is inconsistent,it iseasy to reduce the running stabilityof the train,increase the longitudinal impulse of the train,and in severe cases,it will cause the uncoupling of couplers or even derailment. To reduce the occurrence of such problems,according to the formation principle of release resistance of series 12O control valve for railway wagons,this paper analyzes the main factors afecting the release resistance of brake valve of heavy-duty vehicle,studies the thickness, stiffness,angle and oil supply of spool valve spring of brake valve,summarizes and compares the test data of brake valve on test bench and the test data of current vehicle operation,suggests that the thickness of spool valve spring should be increased without changing material, When revising the“Maintenance rules for railway freight car braking devices”,the oil injection requirements for spool valves and spool valve seats were added, and the quality of brake valve maintenance and cleaning was strengthened.
