动车组制动系统电源板卡可靠性试验研究

Abstract:To guarantee a manageable failure rate and secure operation of the EMU braking system, thorough investigation is required into the reliability of the braking system power board after prolonged use. High-temperature aging test,constant temperature and humidity test,and high-and-low-temperature impact testare utilized to investigate the accelerated lifespan of power supply boards. The life distribution law and reliability of the board are analyzed based on the test results. Theanalysis results indicate that the power supply board's reliability can attain 95% before the initial five-level maintenance,and it can attain 90% before the second five-level maintenance. Based on the analysis results,maintenance suggestions and application requirements are presented for a five-level repair power supply board.

我国高速动车组自上线以来总体故障演变趋势趋于收敛,安全态势可控[1],但随着动车组运行时间增长,电子元器件性能逐渐降低,制动系统长期服役的可靠性难以保障。(剩余10191字)
