铁路货车降压风缸连接管疲劳失效分析

Abstract:This paper presents in detail the analysis process for the fatigue evaluation method specified in the FKM standard. The method comprehensively considers materials,component size,design,load,safety factor, and other factors,revises the fatigue verification process of the construction,and ultimately assesses the safety of the structure through utilization. In order to deal with the fatigue failure issue,this paper evaluates the strength at the fatigue failure position by combining finite element method with FKM standard. The analysis results idicate that the utilization degree of the connection position between the air duct and the pressure reducing cylinder surpasses 1,resulting in material failure,which is consistent with the actual failure.
