轴箱内置型地铁车辆动力学和轮轨磨耗分析

Abstract: As urbanization accelerates,the number of metro lines keeps growing,and dynamic and wheel wear issues in the service of metro vehicles are constantly surfacing. In order to investigate the dynamic performance and whel-rail wear disparities between traditional metro vehicles equipped with external axle boxes and integrated axle boxes,two models of these two types of vehicles have been established by utilizing SIMPACK.Combined with line conditions and vehicle structural characteristics,thevehicle dynamic performance of these two types of vehicles under straight line,small radius curve and large radius curve conditions,as wellas the static anti-twisting performance,are analyzed according to EN14363:2O16;Jendel wear modelis used to simulate and analyze the whel-rail wear of metro vehicles with an integrated axle box and external axle box. The results indicate that the dynamic performance of these two types of vehicles on straight lines and curves meets the standard requirements,and that the twist resistance on the two twisted lines is good.Compared with the vehicle with external axle box,the lateral acceleration of the carbody and the wheel guiding force of the vehicle with integrated axle box are reduced by up to 16% and 41% on the straight line; On the small radius curve line,the lateral acceleration can be reduced by 8% ,the wheel guiding force can be reduced by 49% , the wheel wear can be reduced by 40% and the rail wear can be reduced by 37% ; On the large radius curve line,the lateral acceleration can be reduced by 20% ,the wheel guiding force can be reduced by 38% ,the wheel wear can be reduced by 21% ,and the rail wear can be reduced by 33% . The metro vehicle with integrated axlebox studied in this paper conforms to EN 14363:2016,and compared with the traditional bogie with an external axle box,its lateral acceleration,wheel guiding force and wheel-rail wear have been improved,which can provide a basis for the design,operation and maintenance of metro vehicles with integrated axle boxes.

随着城市化进程的不断加快,地铁车辆运营里程逐年增加,地铁车辆服役过程中的轮轨磨耗问题和动力学问题不断涌现,而与传统的轴箱外置型车辆相比,轴箱内置型车辆的结构更紧凑,轴箱横向跨距更短,质量更轻,且能够提升地铁车辆的曲线通过性能。(剩余12821字)
