Abstract: In view of the problem of insufficient coupler strength caused by unsynchronized braking during mutual rescue of EMUs,taking CR400BF to rescue CRH2A coupled mutiple units as an example,this paper studies the coupling force generated by the harsh working conditions of“front puling and rear braking”and “front braking and rear pushing”in the rescue process,and discusses the release of braking when the coupler strength does not meet the rescue requirements,and conducts a verification test on real vehicle.

目前,我国动车组相互救援现场作业以2016年发布的相互救援暂行作业办法为准,但随着“复兴号”等新车型投入使用,统型过渡车钩的细化研究以及各路局对现场救援所提出的建议,对于动车组相互救援提出了新的挑战。(剩余3942字)
