高速动车组污物箱裂纹分析研究

Abstract：The dirt tank is one of the main under-frame components for high-speed EMUs，it is essential to ensure the reliabilityof the strength of dirt tank for stable operation ofthe train in high speed.In view of the crack of the reinforcement rib of the dirt tank for high-speed EMU，a general inspection is conducted，and a batch of reinforcement ribs are found to be experiencing different degrees of deformation and cracking，and certain reinforcement ribs are broken.The stress and deformation analysis for the dirt tank is then carried out using finite element simulation analysis software.The result shows when vacuum pressure and wind pressure load are simultaneously applied under the calculation working conditions，the reinforcement rib shows obvious plasticdeformation.Based on the calculated results，the optimization of the reinforcement rib and its connection with the tank is conducted，and a verification test is caried out in conjunction with the simulation calculation.The test result reveals that the deformation of the reinforcement rib is significantly reduced after the modification，it meets the design specifications，and the scheme is deemed reasonable and feasible.

污物箱是高速动车组的主要设备组成部分之一，主要用于收集卫生间便器内排放的污物、洗池排放的灰水和开水炉排放的废水，污物箱与集便装置配套使用，其安装数量、安装位置和安装方式根据车辆车型有所不同，但总的原则是安装于卫生间就近位置，通过吊梁或吊耳等形式，悬挂于车底[1-3]。（剩余6085字）
