Abstract:In order to further improve the standard system of brake caliper units for China’s rail transit equipment,reduce product duplication and disorderly design,inconsistent execution conditions,and irregular requirements,and improve the quality and international competitiveness of China’s railway products,the article examines the differences between railway industry standards, standard technical documents,and standards of Urban Rail Transit Association,such as TB/T 3431—2015,TJ/JW 043—2014,TJ/CL 308— 2014,and T/CAMET 04004.7—2018,from the aspects of use environment requirements, functional performance,test methods,operation and maintenance,etc. Some thoughts or suggestions are put forward on the standards based on the operation ambient temperature,mitigation clearance,primary adjustment and maximum adjustment,impact and vibration,static transmisson eficiency,hand braking, and other actual situation.
