基于结构强度的铁道货车垂向载荷的探讨

Abstract:This paper discusses the pertinent aspects of vehicle vertical load.Firstly,the vertical static load and vertical dynamic load are analyzed. Then, discussion is made according to the structural parts and characteristics of the vehicle,and in terms of frame bogie,three-part bogie and carbody.Related contents are sorted by main structural components,such as frame,bolster,side frame and car body,and their application scope,load and methods are introduced. The load determination and evaluation methods of related standard systems are compared and analyzed to help beter understand and use vertical loads in design and testing. The methodology can be extended to other loads as well.

1 垂向载荷分析
车辆在运用过程中承受着不同方向和不同性质的复杂外界载荷,具有很强的随机变化特性,确定各种典型的实际载荷情况,是进行强度校核以确保结构安全的基础。(剩余10062字)
