Abstract:In order to verify thefeasibility of using the scaled-down physical heat load model instead of the whole vehicle to test the refrigeration energy consumption of the air-conditioning unit,the test conditions were drawn up according to the vehicle design requirements,the air volume of the tested unit was adjusted to the required value of the working conditions,and the energy consumption test of the air-conditioning unit was carried outaccording to the proposed test conditions.The results indicate that with the increase in simulated heat load,the cooling power of the air-conditioningunit also increases,which is consistent with the change trend of actual air-conditioning unit power. In addition,the absolute deviation between the simulated airconditioning unit power and the actual air-conditioning unit power is less than 6% ,which verifies the feasibility of the simulated air-conditioning unit refrigeration energy consumption test method,which can provide reference for the formulation of the air-conditioning unit energy consumption test and evaluation method.
