地铁车辆转向架均衡试验与运行线路条件关系探讨

Abstract: In order to better design,manufacture and overhaul metro vehicles,and more accurately predict whether the structural parameters and equalization test results of vehicle bogies are reasonably matched with the runing line conditions,this paper summarizes the relevant regulations and descriptions of domestic and foreign standards on curve superelevation,slope rate and triangular pit in running line conditions,establishes a parametric model of a metro vehicle bogie structure,and deduces the relationship formula between the equalization test results of metro vehicle bogies and the parameters in running line conditions. At the same time,the vehicle dynamics model is established by SIMPACK for simulation analysis and equalization test,and the equalization test results under the conditions of a runing line and the structural parameters of a metro vehicle bogie under simulation and actual measurement are obtained.

目前,国内地铁车辆运行线路有以下特点: (2)车辆运行速度不高,但站间距短,启停频繁,(1)曲线多,曲线半径小,缓和曲线短,顺坡率大, 行车密度大,行车间隔小;轨道不平顺较差,线路条件较差; (3)载客量大,每节车厢载客量差别大,车上载荷及重心变化较大;

(4)空重车载荷差别大,为满足连挂及地板面高度的要求,一系簧垂向选择刚度较大。(剩余10447字)
