强风沙环境下车窗破损对高速列车运行安全性影响

Abstract:When a high-speed train runs in a windyand dusty area,the windows on both sides of the train may break due to the impact of strong wind and sand. This could endanger the running safety of the train and the safety of passengers'lives and property. In this paper,the aerodynamic simulation model of a specific highspeed train with a damaged window is established,and the aerodynamic characteristics of the train operating under crosswind and desert conditions are analyzed.Based on the aerodynamic simulation results,an analysis is conducted to assess the safety of the train with a damaged window. The results indicate that the pressure and airflow insideandoutsidethecarriage with damaged windowson thesides tend tobe more stablecompared tothose with damaged windows on the front.As wind speed and vehicle speed gradually increase,the instantaneous change values of lift force,lateral force,overturning moment,and yaw moment of carriage all increase.Compared with the results under theactionof pure crosswind,the derailmentcoefficient,wheelloadreductionrate,wheelaxle transverse force and wheel rail vertical force of the train increased by 50.0% , 10.7% : 15.1% and 14.8% respectively when oneside window is damaged in strong wind and dust environment,and the values increased by 40.0% , 17.2% , 12.6% and 15.0% respectively when bilateral window glass is broken. The safety of the train is worse after theone-side window is damaged in the strong wind and sand environment.
