架悬式永磁直驱转向架电机悬挂方式研究

Abstract:Frame-suspension mode is used for motors in bogies of urban rail vehicles.In contrast to the axle-suspension mode,the mass of the motor is located between springs,the unsprung mass is small. This configuration is more conducive to reducing the whel-rail force and enhancing the train’s running quality. It also facilitates high-speed driving and has improved running smoothness,thereby significantly enhancing the working conditions of the motor and gear pair and reducing the maintenance cost of the whel-rail. Two distinct types of test tooling have been specifically designed and manufactured for the suspension of the motor in the permanent magnet direct-drive bogie. The rigid suspension and elastic suspension mounting modes of the permanent magnet direct-drive motor are simulated respectively,the inertia load is applied,and the stress data of the key position of the mounting base of the frame motor are collected and compared.The influence of the two suspension modes on the bogie frame structure is analyzed, providing data support for the reasonable selection and simulation of the suspension mode of a permanent magnet direct drive motor.

架悬式永磁直驱转向架继承了抱轴式永磁直驱转 向架高传动效率、低牵引能耗、低维护成本的优点[1-3],同时,将电机从轴悬方式变更为架悬方式,使电机质量成为簧间质量,簧下质量更小,更有利于降低轮轨作用力和改善列车运行品质,减小轮轨维护成本。(剩余3957字)
