Abstract:Using configuration management as a means,and the component tree and configuration items at various stages of the full life cycle (design, manufacturing,operation and maintenance,repair,etc.) as cariers,this paper gathers the configuration data of the fullifecycle and constructs a digital architecture from theendof design to the execution,followed by the application.By developing digital platforms at different stages,data extraction,data integration and data analysis for the fullife cycle of vehicles are realized,thereby realizing digital managementof vehicles throughout theirlife cycle.The design end includes the design platform and IETM platform for building the design BOMand compiling the vehicle maintenance manual;The execution end includes the inteligent operation and maintenance platform and repair platform,which are used to colect and sort out vehicle monitoring data and operation and maintenance data;The application end includes RAMS, LCC,which conducts vehicle failure data analysis,high-cost material monitoring,anditerative optimization of repair class and repair system,Digital Solution for the fullife cycle of rail vehicles has optimized the design end data,realized data feedback,and greatly reduced the maintenance and repair cost during the fullife cycle of vehicles and enhancing the core competitiveness in the market.
