TheAnti-UnfairCompetioLaoversthiteriafoeteringproductpacagiganddcorationandthtributioofrighsdinte ests,andcomplmentsthTrdemarkLaandjintlylslgalprotetionbierfoitelectualproprtyinomealfeld Onlywhenproductpackaginganddecorationasawhole,becoms thedistinctivepackaginganddecorationofgoodswithacertaininflu enceandhaveindependentdistictiveess,dotyosssslgitiacyofightsnditeestsandareprotetedbyeAnti-UnfrCope tionLaw.Ineene,productpackaginganddecorationisegisteedtrademarks,andteirlgalinterestsisefrofctualactWho everfirstusesthedistinctivepackaginganddecorationinfactisitsowner.Anyunauthoreduseofsigsidenticalorsiilartoothers packagingaddecoration,whichcausesconfusionamongtherelevantpublic,maybedefinedasunfaircompetitionactandbecomskein determining infringementinlitigation.Thechoiceandbalanceinadjudicationaveadmonstrativefectandcansafeguardcooicde velopment.
