Water Control for Famine Relief： A Brief Analysis of Water Conservancy Construction in the Taihang Resistance Base Area

Abstract：Waterconsevancyconstructionisfundamentaltoagiculturaldevelopmentespeciallduringfamines.IntheTaiangre sistancebaseareawateroseancyprojetsprovdedsentialsupportfoiculturalproductionuderereelydifultods，al leviatingdisasterimpacts，increasingcropyields，savinglabo，andstabilizingproductionTebaseareaintegatedcanaldiging，beach restorationandmbakntostructioithmineliefortstoughuglgislatioloandistrbuiodokelia. Thisapproachotonlyevelopedwaterconservancyinfrastructure，butalsoprovidedfoodandclothingforcoutlessvictis.Conseuently itconsolidatedthebasearea’sdvelopent，improvedlocallivingstandards，andlaidthefoundationfortesubseuentGreatProduction Campaign.
