[Abstract]Therequirementsformedicallaboratorytechnical personnelhaveshiftedfromatraditional skillbased modeltoa compoundtalentstrucureintegatingbiotechologdatasience，ndliicaltinkingHowevernivesiurrntlyachall gesinresourceallcation，institutionalsafeguards，andcapacitybdingfolboratorytams.Thisstudythoroughlyexaminseexistingdilemmasincultivatingmedicallboratorytechnicianteams.Troughpracticalexplorationofthe"Trinity”trainingmodelimplementedatJilnUniversity，itsystematicalldemonstrateshowtodismantlefragmentedtrainingtroughathee-tierlinkagehnism，fosteruipmentsharingndhologicaliovationviainterdisciplinaresouceintegationandstiulateiovatiotough adynamicevauationsystem.Byfacilittingthranslationoflaboratoryachievementsintoclinicalpractice，thisodelprovidesi vativestrategiesandactionablereferencesfordevelopingmedicalboratorytechiciateamsin"DoubleFist-Class"univesiis.It establishesasustaiablefameworktatsynegiestecnicalexpeiseithducatioaladvancemnt，terebyproelingedicaleducationtoward newheights of excellence.
