[Abstract]Therequirementsformedicallaboratorytechnical personnelhaveshiftedfromatraditional skillbased modeltoa compoundtalentstrucureintegatingbiotechologdatasience,ndliicaltinkingHowevernivesiurrntlyachall gesinresourceallcation,institutionalsafeguards,andcapacitybdingfolboratorytams.Thisstudythoroughlyexaminseexistingdilemmasincultivatingmedicallboratorytechnicianteams.Troughpracticalexplorationofthe"Trinity”trainingmodelimplementedatJilnUniversity,itsystematicalldemonstrateshowtodismantlefragmentedtrainingtroughathee-tierlinkagehnism,fosteruipmentsharingndhologicaliovationviainterdisciplinaresouceintegationandstiulateiovatiotough adynamicevauationsystem.Byfacilittingthranslationoflaboratoryachievementsintoclinicalpractice,thisodelprovidesi vativestrategiesandactionablereferencesfordevelopingmedicalboratorytechiciateamsin"DoubleFist-Class"univesiis.It establishesasustaiablefameworktatsynegiestecnicalexpeiseithducatioaladvancemnt,terebyproelingedicaleducationtoward newheights of excellence.
