慕课背景下SPOC教学模式在消化性溃疡教学中的应用

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore theapplication value ofonline SPOC teachingin Peptic Ulcerclinical teaching underthe backgroundofMOCC.MethodsAtotalof105seniorclinicalstudentsfromdifrentmedicaldepartmentsofJilinUniversitywere dividedintoanexperimentalgroupof55studentsandacontrolgoupof5OstudentsacordingtotheclassExperimentalgroupused online SPOC teaching method，theinstructorrecordedavideoinadvance，theteacheransweredquestionsonline，andstrengthened memoryafterclass.Control groupusedtraditionalclassroomteaching method.Aftertheteaching，onlinequestionairesurveyandonlineevaluationwereused toevaluatetheteachingeffctof thetwogroups.ResultsTheonline SPOCteachinggroupwashigherthan thetraditionaleachinggroupintesofcoursesatisfaction，teachersatisfaction，tudentsinterestinlaring，oursecontentstery， onlinecheck-inoeinlasststing，linepostclassrviequestios，lineexamcors，andovrallsors.Tediecewas statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）.ConclusionIn the teaching of peptic ulcer online，the use of SPOC teaching mode is obviously beterthanthetraditionalteachinggroup，canfullarousestudents’enthusiasmforlearning，soastoachievetheapplicatioability training goal，and improve the teaching quality.
