慕课背景下SPOC教学模式在消化性溃疡教学中的应用

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore theapplication value ofonline SPOC teachingin Peptic Ulcerclinical teaching underthe backgroundofMOCC.MethodsAtotalof105seniorclinicalstudentsfromdifrentmedicaldepartmentsofJilinUniversitywere dividedintoanexperimentalgroupof55studentsandacontrolgoupof5OstudentsacordingtotheclassExperimentalgroupused online SPOC teaching method,theinstructorrecordedavideoinadvance,theteacheransweredquestionsonline,andstrengthened memoryafterclass.Control groupusedtraditionalclassroomteaching method.Aftertheteaching,onlinequestionairesurveyandonlineevaluationwereused toevaluatetheteachingeffctof thetwogroups.ResultsTheonline SPOCteachinggroupwashigherthan thetraditionaleachinggroupintesofcoursesatisfaction,teachersatisfaction,tudentsinterestinlaring,oursecontentstery, onlinecheck-inoeinlasststing,linepostclassrviequestios,lineexamcors,andovrallsors.Tediecewas statistically significant ( P<0.05 ).ConclusionIn the teaching of peptic ulcer online,the use of SPOC teaching mode is obviously beterthanthetraditionalteachinggroup,canfullarousestudents’enthusiasmforlearning,soastoachievetheapplicatioability training goal,and improve the teaching quality.
