老年牙周炎患者龈下刮治术治疗的认知度及影响因素

[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatethawarenessofsubgingivalscalinganditsinfluencingfactors inelderlypatientswith periodonitisMtdsAtotalof1ldelypatitsitperodontitisdmitedtofatedStomatologcalHospitalofajing UniversityMedicalCollgefrom22 toO24wereselectedasthereseachobjectsAllpatientsweretreatedwithsubgingivalsaling. Theself-madequestionaireoftheAfiliaedStomatologicalHspitalofanjing UniversityMedicalCollgewasusedtoevaluateepatient'sawarenssofubgngivalalingeclialdataofallpatietsaltedndteiflueinfctosoftewasof subgingivalscalinginelderlypatints withperiodontitisreanalyzdbysinglefactorandmultiplelinearregresion.ResultsTheintra-groupcorelationcoeffcientofthesubgingvalscalingtreamentawarenesssureyscaleforeldrlypatientswithperodtisas 0.82，indicating thatthequestionnaire hadgood test-retestreliability.Thecontent validity index of thescale was 0.92 ，and the contentvalidity index ofeach item wasO.85-1.OO，indicating that thecontent validityof the scalewas good.TheCronbach α of the scale was0.82，indicatingthatthequestioairehasgodintealconsistencyeliabilityTheKMOvalueof tesaleasO.816，indicating thathestructurevalidityofthescaleisgodTetotalsoresoftesubgingivalscaling treatmentawarenessalefor116elderlypatientswith periodontitiswere（ 42.56±3.26 ）scores，and the scoring rate was 42.56 % .Theresults of univariate analysis showed that therewerestatisticallysignificantdiereesieawarensofubggivalsalingamongeldrlyperdontitisatintsihit familypercapitamonthlyincoe，oralhalthkowledge，socialsupport，oralhealthqualityoflife，ducationlevelralhalthgidance and dental fear level （ P<0.05 ）.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that low level of oral health knowledge，nosocialsupport，highqualityoforalhealthlife，ducationlevelofhighsholandelow，nooralhealthguidance，highlevel of dental fear，and per capita monthly income of family ⩽3000 yuan were all independent risk factors affecting the awareness of subgingival scaling in elderly patients with periodontitis （ P<0.05 ），which was the reason for the low awareness of subgingival scaling in elderlypatientswithperiodontitisConclusionElderlypatintswithperiodontisavealowawarenessofsubingivalscalitreat ment，whichayberelatedtofactorssuchaslowleveloforalhealthnowledge，nosocialsupport，mediumtohighlevelofalalth qualityflife，ducationlevelofhighscholorbelow，nooralhalthindicators，ighlevelofdentalfearndfmilypercapitaont ly income ≤3 000 yuan.

牙周炎是一种由牙菌斑引发的慢性炎症性疾病，以牙龈炎症、牙周附着丧失、牙槽骨吸收为主要病理表现，常伴随牙周袋形成、探诊出血或溢脓，严重时可引发牙齿松动甚至脱落，严重损坏了患者的口腔功能，并给患者的生活质量造成了严重的影响[1-2]。（剩余9799字）
