老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术后应用本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术对关节功能及平衡的影响

[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheefectof proprioceptive neuromuscularfacilitation(PNF)onjoint functionand balanceabilityinelderlypatientswithfemoralnckfractureafterhiparthroplastyMetodsAtotalofOOelderlypatientswithfeo ralneckfracturehouderwenthipeplacementinJiangningHospitalAfiliatedtoNanjngMedicalUniversityfroOctober2to December 2023 were selected by convenient sampling method. They were divided into control group ( n=50 )and observation group ( n=50 )byrandom numbertable method.Theobservation groupwasaddedPNFonthebasis ofthecontrolgroup.The patients were evaluatedat1week,2weeksand4weeksafteroperation.Harrssorewasusedtoevaluatejointfunction,Berybalancescale(BB) scorewasusedtoevaluatebalanceabilityandwalkingabilitywasevaluatedbytimedupandgo.ResultsAt1wek,2weeksand4 weeks after operation,Haris score and BBS score inobservation group were higher than those in control group( P<0.05 );walking time in observation group was shorter than that in control group( P<0.05 ).And Harris score and BBS score at 2 and 4 weeks after operationinbothgroups werehigherthanthoseat1weekafteroperation,walking timewasshorterthanthatat1wekafteroperation ( P<0.05 ),andthere were significant diffrences at4 weeksafter operation compared with2 weeks after operation( P<0.05 ). ConclusionIntherehablitatioofelderlypatientswithfemoralneckfracturesafteripeplacementsurgery,PNFcanefectivelypromote therecoveryofjointfunctionandteimprovementofbalanceability,providinganfectivemethodforclinicalrehabiliationtreatment
