[Abstract]ObjectiveToexplorethesedativeandanalgesiaefectsofdezocinecombinedwithropivacaineinfiltrationanesthesiainelderlypatientsundergoingtympanoplastyMethodsAtotalof90elderlypatintswhounderwentelectiveunilateraltypan oplasty + ossicularchainreconstructionundergeneralanesthesiaintheDepartmentof Otorhinolaryngology，Beijing Tongren Hospital AfiliatedtoCapialMedicalUniversityfromJanuary1toJanuaryO2 wereselectedastheresearchojectsTheyweredividedntoanobservationgroup（dezocinecombinedwithropivacaineinfitrationanesthesiagroup）andacontrolgroup（dezocineinjection group）accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod，with45casesineachgroup.Thedosageofremifentanilduringoperation，the visualanalogscale（VAS）foroperativeearpain，RamsaySedationScale（RS）immediatelyafterleaving thepost-anesthesiacareunit （PACU），and at 6h ， ，and 24h afteroperation，as well as postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThedosageofremifentanilintheobservationgroupwaslessthanthatinthecontrolgroup，thebloodpresureimmediatelyafterskinincision waslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup，andtheoperationtime waslongerthanthatinthecontrol group， with statistically significant differences （ P<0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in VAS between the two groups immediately after leaving the PACU（ P>0.05 ），while the VAS of the observation group at 6h ， 12h ，and 24 h after operation was lower than that of the control group （ P<0.05 ）.There was no statistically significant difference in RSS between the two groups immediately after leaving the PACU（ P>0.05 ），and the RSS of the observation group at 6h ， 12h ，and 24 h after operation was higher than that of the control group （ .P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Dezocine combined with ropivacaine infiltration anesthesia exerts good sedative and analgesia effects in elderlypatientsafter tympanoplasty，without obvious adverse reactions.
