[Abstract]Acomplicatedpathophysiologicalinteractionexistsbetweeninfectioandthrombosis，involvingseveralinterelat edpathwayssuchasinflammatoryresponses，oagulationproblems，andplateletactivatioandaggregation.Tissytematicreviewcon solidatesexistigkowledgeoecaussandpathohsilogicalfeaturesofifectio-ducedtrombosis，hiletoroughlyseing targetedpreventiveandtherapeuticapproachesforinfection-relatedthromboembolicconsequencesTeanalysisspecificallidetifes significantnoledgedeficieniesinfouresearchreasmchanisticelucidationofpathogen-inducedclotfomationreatiooflida teddiagnostic biomarkers，nhancementof prsonalizedanticoagulationtherapy，andformulationofevidence-basedclinicalmanage mentprotocolsforinfectedpopulations.Thisreviewseekstostablishatheoreticalframeworkforthemeticulousmanagementofinfec tion-associated thrombosis and to inform the creationof pathogen-specific，risk-stratified therapeutic techniques.
