生物靶向药物在老年哮喘治疗中应用的研究进展

[Abstract]Asthmaintheelderlyisamultifacetedchronicrespiratorycondition.Asthma management intheelderlyis more complexthaninyoungindividuals，mostlyduetotheprolongeddisaseduration，increasedcomorbidities，diminisheddrugtolerance， andothercontributingvariables.Theadventofbiologictargetedpharmaceuticalshasintroducedrenewedoptimismfortheprecision managementofasthmaintheelderly，particularlyforindividualswithesistantorseverecases.Thisreviewexaminesrecentsignificant advancementsintetreatentofsenileastmausingboogictargeteddrugs，imingtooferarferencefortesafeandfectiveaplication of these treatments in elderly asthma patients.
