Abstract：MengwushuNo.12isanewfresh-eatingmid-latematuring potatocultivarbredbycrossngZhongshu18and Kondor.Its growth period is92 days，with semi-erect plant type and plant height of approximately 85cm .The stems are gren with partial brownishareas，theleaves are green，and thecorollispurple.The tubersareoval-shapedwith lightred skinandyellowflesh，featuringshalloweyes.Tuberseting isshallowandconcentrated，withanaverageof7.8 tubers per plant and average tuber mass of about 187.36g ，The commercial tuber rate reaches over 85% ， and the yield can exceed 3500kg per 667m2 .Interms ofquality traits，thiscultivarhasadrymattercontent of 20.80% ，protein content of 1.98% ，starch content of 13.20% ，vitamin C content of 16.30mg⋅100g-1 ，and reducing sugar content of 0.72% . It shows resistance to potato virus X（PVX）and potato virus Y（PVY）.Mengwushu No.12 is suitable for spring sowing in the single-croppingagricultural ecologicalzoneofNorth China，including Hohhot，Ulanqab，Baotou，XilingolLeague in InnerMongolia， Zhangjiakou in Hebei province，and Datong in Shanxi province.
