微生物与水溶肥配施对白菜生长与品质的影响

Abstract:To investigatetheeffectsofdiffrent Bacilusstrainsand theircombinedmicrobialagentswithwater-soluble fertilizeronthegrowth,yield,andqualityofChinesecabbage,thisexperimentusedthevarietyDegaoCR117asthetest material andadoptedapotexperiment method.Eight treatments wereestablished: Nofertilizer(CK),water-solublefertilizerwithoutbacteria(CF),water-solublefertilizerwithB.subtilis(A),water-solublefertilizer withB.lcheniformis(B), water-solublefertilizerwithB.amyloliquefaciens(C),water-solublefertlizerwithB.megaterium(D),water-solublefertilizer with B .mucilaginosus(E),and water-soluble fertilizer combined withamixtureoffive Bacillus strains(F).The results showed thatcompared with the water-soluble fertilizer without bacteria,theapplicationof water-solublefertilizer containing the five-straincompound(F)significantlyimproved plant growthandyieldof Chinesecabbage,with plant height,canopydiameter,root mass,root length,and yield increasingby 9.33% 6.28% , 17.54% , 19.41% ,and 8.57% ,respectively.Intermsofquality,thefertilizercontainingthefive-straincompound(F)increasedtheproteiandvitamincontentby 5.19% and 29.44% ,respectively.Thewater-soluble fertilizercontainingB.amyloliquefaciens(C)increased the soluble sugar content by 185.96% ,while the fertilizer with B gelatini(E)reduced the organic acid contentby 40% .Regarding soil indicators,theapplicationof water-soluble fertilizer withthe five-straincompound(F)increasedthebacterialpopulation and organic matter content by 8.57% and 17.65% ,respectively. The fertilizer containing B amyloliquefaciens(C) improved soil total nitrogenutilization efficiency by 57.14% ,andTheertilizercontaining B licheniformis(B)improved soil available phosphorusand available potassium content by 17.19% and 7.79% ,respectively. In conclusion,the water-soluble fertilizerwith the five-straincompound demonstrated significantadvantages inpromoting Chinesecabbage growth,improingqualityandeancingsoilproperties,whilediferentsingleBacillsstrainsinoculantsinwater-olublefertilizers also exhibited their respective strengths in specific indicators.
