61个不同生态型黄瓜品种耐湿冷性的鉴定评价

Abstract:Toclarifythewet-coldtoleranceofcucumber,diferentcultivars fromthreeeco-types wereidentified bythe wet-coldhurtindexandwet-coldtolerancevaluepredictionequationmethod,respectively.Theresultsshowedthatinthe 61cultivars,the maximum wet-cold hurtindexwas0.950andthe minimum wet-cold tolerance value was 0.127,bothrefer to cultivarJD102; the minimum wet-cold hurt index was0.103andthe maximum wet-cold tolerance value was1.408, both refer tocultivarMN3.The greater the wet-coldhurt index,the smaller the wet-cold tolerance value,andthepoorer the wet-coldtoleranceof thecultivar willbe.Thequantitativeresults identifiedbythetwo methods werehighlyconsistent,reflecting the wet-cold toleranceof thecultivarsfrom different perspectives.Basedonthequantitativeidentification resultsofboth wet-coldhurt indexandwet-cold tolerance value,all61cultivarscanbequalitativelyclasified into four categories: Wet-cold sensitivetype,wet-cold weak toleranttype,wet-cold medium toleranttypeand wet-cold strong tolerant type.There were8,32,14and7cultivarsofthecorespondingtypesforwet-coldurtindexclasification,and9,36, 10and 6cultivars for wet-cold tolerance value classification,respectively.The twoqualitative classification wasbasically consistent.Thewet-cold toleranceofcucumbercultivars wasrelated totheireco-types.Inboth theEuropean greenhouse typeand the North China type,there werecultivars with varyingdegrees of wet-cold tolerance.However,inthe former, the proportion of medium tolerant andstrong tolerant cultivars wererelatively high.Inthe South China type,all were wet-cold sensitiveor weak tolerant.Theresearch resultscan provideabasis forthecultivar selection incucumber cultivation and the wet-cold tolerant breeding.
